Syokwin Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide for Malaysian Users

1Member Eligibility

To register and use syokwin's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not residing in a region or country where the use of online gaming platforms is prohibited under local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on a self-exclusion register from any responsible gambling protection programme.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person.

2Account Registration

• Multiple accounts detected for the same individual.

If your account has been suspended due to a resolvable situation, you may contact our support team for further discussion. Valid balances will be returned once the investigation is complete, unless evidence of fraud is found.
